Petro card moved to legal for no valid reason

Firstly, note that this complaint on hellopeter could have been prevented had the lady at your legal department not put on hold and forgot about me? How on earth do you put a client and hold and then just leave them holding and holding and holding? Who do you think is paying for the call? You have moved my Petro Card to legal. Why? Why? Why? This account is up to date with NO OVERDUE or ARREARS. Are you become so big now that you have lost your ability to provide a basic service? Why was my Petro Card moved to Legal? Why did you legal department put on hold for so long that I had to put the phone down? And PLEASE! Don't use your general response about how sorry you are for this experience. Rather fix your customer service to an acceptable level or stop attracting new business when you can't service your existing client-base. Give me a proper response and forgot about how sorry you are for the inadequate service. Just sort this out, please.
