Pethetic customer service.

Pethetic customer service, I've been trying to get 2x paid up letters for 2x of my devices that have been paid up for over 2years now, for the past 2weeks from FNB I've been sent or told to call this division then that division & even though it's been escalated a few times I'm still waiting for an answer as to when I would get these 2 ever so elusive paid up letters.
