Pethetic customer service.

I am totally unhappy with the pethetic service we have received from the *********** staff at FNB.

We have been trying to get the mortgage protection on my wife's name increased for the past 3+ weeks with no luck.

We have gone into the branche at Fourways Mall twice now, called customer services, mortgage protection department, premier banking, home loans, life cover & the list goes on & on.

Very disappointed with the pethetic service we received.
