Personell Pension Department sucks

Since March 2020 I have not received one pension statement despite having requested statements to be emailed to me. They have no excuse because they emailed my tax form so they have my email address. i have tried to contact the pensions department but the whole bank does not have their email address. There appears that control no longer exists since i went on pension. i cannot give my number because they have not sent it to me.
