Personal plan number *** No support from FNB law on call lawyers

Good day.

I have a child maintenance case that FNB law on call has been helping me with, the case was handed over to attorneys in my area to help but I am not getting any joy from the attorney nor update from law on call on how the case has been going on for over a year now. I have once called the law on call offices to tell them that I am not receiving any communication from the lawyers and I do not know what is happening with the case.

With the first court appearance no one told me that I have to be there, on the day of the court a n attorney called me in the morning asking me if I am coming or not. With the second appearance which was late last year, one of the lawyers called me asking for my payslip and informed me of the court date and that was the last communication I had with the law company. I sent an email asking for feed back weeks after the call and I never received anything. As it stands today I am not sure what is happening with the matter. I DO NOT WANT TO USE THE SAME ATTORNEYS ANYMORE AND WILL APPRECIATE UPDATE FROM FNB LAW ON CALL ON THE UPDATE OF THE MATTER.
