I’ve been queuing to be taken to a phone in one of your branches and each time I speak to an *********** consultant.

I called to settle my loan end of July and was given a settlement amount with I settled without 3 days of receiving it. Then 5 August i got debited money from my account with a loan reference number.

I someone to call me I refuse to stand in long ques again to speak to your *********** staff
