Personal Loans settlements not updated (Paid up letters outstanding and Credit Bearau not updated after 13 Days of Settlement)

I Settled my personal loan on 27 September 2019.

After making the payment directly at an FNB branch and sending proof of payment the same day and sending proof of payment to '***' as the settlement letter indicated I was yet to receive any feedback. I then escalated it to *** after 7 days of no response and was told I would receive my Paid up letter.

13 Days have passed and I have yet to receive my confirmation of payment for both loans or Paid up letter requested. I indicated to the consultant that called me that this is in violation of the NCR code that requests update of Credit profile within 7 days. I reserve my right to escalate this query to the NCR.

1. I want confirmation that payment was received for both loans settlement was requested for. 2. I want both accounts closed and reflecting as paid up on FNB Personal Loans side. 3. I want my Paid up letters for both loans settled. 4. I want my information updated at the Credit Bereau as the settlement was more than 13 days ago and FNB has yet to update this information.
