Personal Loans - Paid Up

I had 2 Personal Loans with FNB I have Paid up both of them in April 2024 I have received paid up letters from FNB on both accounts, It has even been updated on the Credit Bureau's etc. Up to date I am receiving threating emails /calls/SMSs from debt collectors (Lawyers) on behalf of FNB for both accounts. I have made multiple attempts with FNB Personal Loan department to inform their debt collectors the accounts are closed / settled they should retract my account, I even share the paid up letters with the collectors every time they phone or email me and with no joy they still contact me every week for the same thing. Is there anyone in FNB that can actually get this resolved for me and get my accounts removed from FNBs debt collectors. Please contact me.
