Personal loans Customer services is BAD

Disappointed with the Customer Care and Service of FNB personal loans department. Since the 26th of May I have been trying to change banking details and debit order date for a personal loan. I’ve received emails to inform me that the changes has been made. After phoning numerous times, the changes has not been made?! And they cannot even pick up the phone to tell the customer there’s issues with the changes, or someone made a mistake?! No man. I will never use FNB in my life again. Neither will I suggest any one else to use their services
