I contacted FNB on the 22 December asking them to reverse debit orders as the funds allocated was for my Homeloan. Spoke to a lady who after liaising with her supervisor said that I should monitor my account via my banking app for the reversal. It's now Monday afternoon and no reversal yet. We as clients are told that "Calls are recorded". Please refer to the recorded call and act on your words.
