Personal loans

I app**** for a personal loan on Sunday the 2nd may 2021 and still today no one has called me to finalise the application, i have had to call to find out where the application is. On Wednesday i called to find out whats going on as i was told the loan was approved and payment is due and will bebin my account midnight that never happened, i then call on thusday morning escalated it which they called me while i was in a meeting and could not answer asked to call me back i have since called back 9 times escalating it and still no call back to finalise this application. Since when does it take a week to finalise an application? Every excuse is it takes 24 to 48 hours before someone will respond. Now i have to wait another 3 days before someone has the decency to call me to do the voice call to finalise the loan which is for urgent medical expenses but clearly fnb dont care about their customers anymore. Not once has anyone made communications with me regarding this ive had to call fnb personal loans gone through so much airtime yesterday was told someone will call me before close of business that never happened, this bank is becoming a joke when it cilomes to assisting clients.
