Hi there<br> <br> My husband was approved for a loan on Saturday 5 September.<br> <br> We have been battling for days to try and process the application,<br> <br> After phoning Kagiso around 6 times we eventually got our Tax agent to send his ITA34 to [Email Removed] This was sent yesterday at 15h03. Suddenly this morning the mail to that account are being bounced back.<br> <br> After phoning the bank again we were told Kagiso has not received this form. We phoned again this morning and a lady told us that we need to phone SARS ourselves as a form from the Tax Agent is not good enough.<br> This is being done.<br> Can someone PLEASE help us - this service is ********** to say the least.<br> ID: ***.<br> <br> Thank you
