Personal Loan Settlement

Hi, I got settlement letters (for my 3 loans) on FNB online banking, made the payment as stated to account number: *** (using my loan account numbers as reference) Tuesday evening and emailed my proof of payments to *** that I see don't work, the emails came back.

The payments don't reflect on my loans, can you please advise urgently. It's more than R75 000 that I have settled and now it don't show.
