Personal loan settlement

I settled my personal loan account on the 15th of April with the settlement amount that was given. Today I check the loan is still showing and now it says settlement amount it's R810. Like really how's this possible. I try calling, you wait until you run out of airtime. This is not fair, where will I get R810 from I mean I paid full amount. There's no way I'm paying more money it's like I'm being punished for settling the loan.
