Personal Loan refund to my account taking a bit long

Been waiting for the Personal loan deductions to be refunded into my bank acc. It has been more than 72 working hrs. please come back to me asap. This was the email I was sent last week Thursday:

Dear Mr Carr We acknowledge receipt of your complaint. Please be advised that we are in the process of refunding the below mentioned debit order deductions. FNB PERSLN 533.15- 06/26 FNB PERSLN 699.32- 06/26 FNB PERSLN 493.40- 06/26 Kindly note that the refunds will reflect within 48 to 72 business hours in the cheque account. Trust you find the above in order.
