Personal Loan Pathetic service

I app**** for a personal loan and got accepted. It has been 4 days and a consultant only tried to call me one time while i was at work and could not answer. I have left countless messages with the department to phone me back and no one has yet. Wasted R200 airtime yesterday because of the call center re routing me the whole time and no one being able to help. Pathetic service and i will be changing banks as well.
