Personal Loan paid up letter and account closure
I settled a personal loan account *** on the 12 of July 2019. I spoke to one of FNB agent, she promised to send a paid letter and close the account. Suprisingly, today an amount my loan account has been debited with R65 for interest charged. Why should you continue to charge me interest when i had settled my account. Please i want this account closed without delay. Why is it you don't want your clients to settle their accounts. I wouldn't recommend anyone to apply an loan from you.
