PERSONAL LOAN NOT DEBITED ON AGREED DATE???!!!
Good day,
Why have you not debited my account for my personal loan as per the arranged debit order date of the 26th of each month? My covid loan was debited but not my personal loan? This usually goes off on the same day???

The outstanding balance was R77 000 and something its now R79 0000 anf something???? Instead of deducting it added??? Pleaae do a recon and sort this mess out. I keep track of my loan!!!!!

27 May 2021, 02:53This is ridiculous!!!!! I just did a calculation. Omw FNB is so ***********!!!!! I want a recon done on my entire loan after this!!! I want a copy forwarded to me!!!! FNB you have royally messed up!!! What a *******!!! ****************!!! I want a goodwill gesture for waht i have been through. Firdt i jave to remind FNB to debit my account now this!!!!?????

First of all where is my May 2021 statement??? As my statements are usually loaded mid month onto the FNB app??
Statement as at 17 April balance owing R78 971.43
R78 971.43 - R3614. 16= R75357. 28 + R1609. 72. + R342.40 + R69. 00 = R77 378.40 (this was my outstanding balance as at mid month May 2021 according to my banking app.) R77 378.40 - R3614.15 = R75 764.25 + R1526. 37 + R342.40 + R69. 00 = R75 702.02 ( this is what my outstanding balance should be as at end May 2021!!!!!) What FNB has done was to add April months interest, Cpp prem and Serv fee again and add May months.
What FNB did was the following!!
R77 378.40 + R3614.15= R 80 992.55... Instead of deducting my R3614. 14 FNB added my 26 May month installment to my outstanding balance!!! You then deducted the same 26 May month installment from the new incorrect outstanding balance. See below!!!! R80 992.55 - R3614. 15 = R 77 378.40 + R1526. 37 + R342. 40 + R60. 00 = R79 316.17 >>>>>> the new INCORRECT OUTSTANDING BALANCE!!! PLEASE FIX THIS MESS!!!!!!!!
