Personal loan nightmare

After paying of my fnb personal loans and requesting n payed up letter . After multiple unsuccessfull phone calls to the loans department were the call keeps getting cut of just after the voice prompts . I have been told that I have to wait 45 days just to get this letter . This seems like a unreasonalble amount of time just to wait for a simple letter that could be tiped up in a few minutes after verifying the account has been paid of . Even loging a complaint with the fnb complaints department this problem still persist.
