personal loan issue - and terrible call centre experience

i called your call centre for a personal loan issue. I spoke to a lady named Keitumetse. Oh my soul.. I think eskoms call centre knows more than she did.. she could not answer a single question i asked her, i still have no idea what is going on, i also could not rate her service, such a miserable experience.. i was having a great day until then..

the only answers i got was "I dont know", "i cant help with that", "unless u spend 45 minutes on the phone with me i cant help you"

zero solutions, zero interest to find one, zero help found, poor attitude honestly.. she obviously hates her job or her boss..
