Personal loan dep. Not finalizing my personal loan acc.

Personal loan dep. Received a settlement letter on 20 Nov 2025. Paid the settlement 15 Dec 2025. Mailed the proof of payment 4 times. No response and still say i owe money on the account. The worst customer service I received. I did mention several times that I work out of the country.
