Personal Loan

Hi I'm really upset how I have not recieved the required assistance for a personal loan I took. I paid the loan back fully and requested the account to be closed. It has not been closed and it keeps accruing interest I assume. I am unable to afford what is happening as I mad sure my account is nil balance. I have had a consultant contact me after my initial complaint however they said they would chat to the authorities and get back to me. No one has since responded and this balance keeps increasing. I can not afford it or what is happening as I had settled my initial loan. The balance stands at R 2000 now please fix this!!!
