Personal Loan Account settled but showing on Credit Report

I recently posted on Hello Pieter regarding two FNB Accounts which I am struggling to close. One was an overdraft accounts - this has been sorted the other which is a personal loan which has been settled last year July already and is still open and showing on my credit report. No one from FNB has made contact with me even though I received and email that someone would.
