Personal loan account No. ***

On the past week the 7th January 2000 I did complaint at FNB Complaint *** - [External Email] [REF:***] Personal Loans department and the coorespondence from Ms Shenayleigh Sahihdeen was apllouded but today morning someone from FNB by the name of Tshepiso Rappo decided to issue me with the paid up letter that was not addressed to me and eventaully follwed me up with another on with a totally wrong account number? I really do not know whose account No. is that one becauease my one is definately not the one writeen in that letter and this execise deplite the whole matter . I am not pleased with FNB if they allow such cracks to spoil their reputation . I am dissapointed as this is not acceptable it shows unprofessionalism or the staff not well trined to get the job done.
