Worst customer experience ever with a personal loan! I've taken out a personal loan with fnb March 6th 2022 I've received my pre approval, then the day after the debi check mandate ive sent in all required documents as requested and followed up everyday on the application process. Everyday I would get a different story from the consultants it's being finalized, or the money is going to pay out in the next 48 hours, it's pathetic after almost a 2 week long wait I called to follow up in payment only for them to tell me that my application declined due to the application being opened for more than 10 days. I then call in and they advised to call the loans department and apply telephonicically, only to be put back and forth with the voice options, as I have chosen the correct options as instructed, then asking for help and assistance the keep putting me through to the voice prompt. It's ridiculous and pathetic that one had to go through all of this and wasting so much airtime! I did not even receive a call back as I requested. FNB has been by far the worst experience with wanting to do anything extremely unreliable and unprofessional. I've received no help at all.
