personal loan

you guys are so frustrating, I'm trying to secure a loan of R12k but you guys are rejecting it, I've been with you for more than 5 years, your app says I qualify for a loan and I've checked my credit score is fine, I only have one retail account that's up to date yet I cannot get a small loan that I can pay off in a few months. And I get no reason why its rejected. The only logical reason is because I am a black person, we have to struggle through everything with the banks.
