Personal loan 2nd attempt terrible service again!!

Once again another disappointment when it comes to FNB. So after the first loan application got declined due to it standing open for longer that 10 days, I app**** again thinking I will give them another chance, I app**** last Monday, submitted my application with the required documents, the Wednesday I called in and got told it was approved and waiting for payment, so it's been saying that for the past 3 days, but still no payout, Saturday I get told at the bank that I must call the loans department there's nothing they can physically do their side, so I leave the bank and call in again only to hear its being finalized, so I really don't know what the hell is wrong with this FNB system, once again no communication and non of the consultants following up on the application process I have to call in every day so today marks a week since I app****, after 10 days the application will be denied again cause it was open for longer than 10 days, not even my problem, seriously done with FNB they a disgrace and a dissapointment especially for emergency purposes one can't count on them. Everytime thwy want to escalate stuff but what is being done they can't even help you with the situation, really changing my bank to something else this time for sure.
