Personal Loan

I am currently not happy with your fnb services very very disappointed

I had app**** for a personal this was last year 20th of October 2017 which was approved upon approvalue I received a call from one of your agents who helped with the continued services explained to me the terms and conditions of our banking and that it will be debited for 6 months for an amount of R444.47c which I was fine with and that my first debit will go off on 30th of November 2017 I have the sms to prove all this information.

What I was really not impressed by was that in the month of November I was being debited R111.47 each and every week I than started making calls to your asking why am I being debited every week for my loan when I specifically told the bank I want to be debited on the 25thI had to be the one to call the bank and make the necessary arrangements with the bank which took 3 days to resolve let alone get back to me no service was delivered to me by my bank , now here's the thing it us now January I got debited R453 when your website clearly states that you get a break in January and that doesn't seem the case unless I don't qualify for such in the product which was not clarified to me on the day I took my loan

I am not happy with your services I have been banking with FNB since 2009 took loans with the bank without any mishaps and this us the first I want thulis matter resolved or i would rather move to another suitable bank cause as an FNB client I don't seem to receive the help that I need or any financial advice I should be receiving from my bank and that is not the case I would rather close the account and move to another institute that will meet my needs , it's either the person who took my call that doesn't understand how things work or was in a rush to make a sale that shouldn't be the case when dealing with a client

Please have this fixed if it can't be fixed I want the terms and conditions of my loan to be emailed to me so that I can read what is it that I don't qualify for exactly as your client.
