Personal Loan
I have a personal loan which I normally pay off before I'm supposed to. Now all of a sudden they've taken it off and I've paid? And I go into the branch and the lady is talking about some overdrawn thing? When I clearly explained that I've paid but didnt bother listening I'm so disgusted at the moment
