I wrote a review In connection with the 3rd debit order which FNB deducted in my account. Thanks to Joyce Lepele a resolution team manager who speedily attended to my request on friday and sent me an e-mail to assure me she has forwarded my query to administration department for an urgent refund which they did pay back last night. Thanks to everyone who attended to my query until its resolved and hope to do better business with Fnb as I did for the past 17 years as their client.
