Personal Injustice

i took out a temporary loan with FNB IN 2014. It was a month long loan which i settled on the 26th September and even have a paid up letter to confirm. throughout the years i have noticed that a default and the status of the account had always been that i owe. i raised the issue with FNB about 2 months ago, i was told that this would be amended with the Credit bureaus. To this day i am still a non payer and defaulter.

ironically, i app**** for a bond with my spouse, we were declined by FNB but Standard Bank considered us. i have sent numerous emails and phoned in numerous times where at some stage i was told i needed a card number of an account i no longer.

FNB has failed to take accountability and subsequently destroyed my chances of getting a home loan.

So finally i am contacted and i am told that i am the one who is supposed to contact the bureaus in order to have this corrected. the funny thing is that over a month ago, a consultant said they are going to have this corrected, but still not done. by logging a dispute again that *****s me further. so i have to contact the bureaus to fix incompetence done by FNB? i seriously find this unfair and unjust.
