Personal Information Breach

I spoke to Lou-Anne Oosthuizen on 24/Nov/2022 to remove me from your systems. I am not a client. Ref REQ*** / RITM*** . At 16:17 on 03/03/2023 I received an email "South Africa Grey Listing" from FNB with no opt-out options AGAIN. Please advise why I am still on your systems and mailing lists, I will be escalating this as a breach of my personal information as I have the right to request data removal which has not been done.
