Personal info to 3rd party unacceptable

So my credit card must expire 05/16, So some couriers call me, and want to set a date of their choice for delivery, on that date I am on leave and would not be here, then I want to know why FNB gave my personal info to them, I never made a deal with couriers, normally I were called by FNB and they will ask you if it must be delivered or collected, why do you think I always choose a branch, this is unacceptable, why do they need my info, THIS IS WRONG!!!!

And so we arranged a place of delivery and got a sms for the 5th, nothing at the branch and got a sms on the 6th, went to the branch and nothing this morning on the 7the the same, so listen I will not waste my time to go again!!!
