Personal details given to third parties

The last two days I have been inundated with telemarketing phonecalls and sms's from every debt counseller/Attorney/loan shark that is in existence. When I ask where they get my details from the answer is National Consumer Database.<br> <br> I recieved another call from NBS Attorneys whereby the agent kindly explained she gets her list from the Banks!!<br> <br> I have only recently registered a bond with FNB. I explicitly marked the \do not send me marketing / do not give my details to third party"boxes on all contracts / correspondence I signed and still FNB have given my details to third parties.<br> <br> This is firstly against my will and secondly in breach of client confidentiality.<br> <br> Please remove my details with immediate effect. I HAVE NOT given you permission to give my details to every loan shark or debt counsellor. I am being harrassed!!<br> <br> """
