Personal banker not there?

I am currently abroad and can't get a hold of my personal banker. Everytime i send a message on the live chat i am 70+ in the queue and it says my message will be delivered to my banker but never get feedback. And honestly i dont even know who my banker is anymore because it changed over the last two years already 4 times.

But yeah my cards are about to expire and I cant get it renewed because comminication or feedback is none existant at this time.
