PERSONAL ACCOUNT ON HOLD
I'm so disappointed and nicely frustrated by FNB. I've more than 20 years banking experience with this bank. Currently working abroad. I have submitted all the required FICA documents prior to working over here, abd yearly as needed. For thos year, things have changed. I've been send from pillar to post until my account is hold. I'm 3 months now without access to my money. I have piled debts, which I don't know what to do with. Very poor service I'm receiving, having to use more money everyday to call the bank, only to be told I still have some more documents to complete. Until now, my account is on hold. What more must I do really?

To date, the money I've transferred from Saudi Arabia to S.A on the 29th, hasn't been released. It seems I really need your assistance once more, please
