Bad customer service from FNB. App**** for a personal loan was agreed in principle, after 2 hours rejected. Called in agents just transfer me to other agents with no help. Same thing happened last month multiple credit inquiries was made affected my score because FNB agents do not know their what to do. Even logged a complaint online no one called. FNB no more a good bank I trusted. Am changing banks due to this bad experienced, sad part have always defended the bank

29 Aug 2023, 12:20Week 2 still FNB have not resolved my issue. Am always receiving different information from call agents, this is impacting my credit score because of lack of knowledge of the call agents. Thank you FNB for not helping am done banking with you and have costed me.
