Perplexed FNB Client

I have been a client with FNB for 12 years.

In January 2017 my employer did not pay over my salary. I immediately consulted FNB Premier to consider credit facilities ensuring my debits could be settled by month end.
I did not qualify for a personal loan (as I could not furnish 3month's pay slips) and opted for an overdraft. Being cautious to risk/overexposure, I wanted to be confident on sign off on the terms and cancellation once my monies would reflect, which the FNB premier tram did not offer me and I signed off the terms on desperation for capital to be available the day after (1st of Feb).
End of January, debits successfully drawn.
Salary paid in 10/02/2017 and overdraft settled.

However by the end of February the same problem occurred and luckily by not cancelling the facility the debit orders could again be drawn.

Both February & March salaries have not been paid to date which left me frantic to the engage with service providers and make alternative arrangements due to my overdraft limit being reached.

1. Tried to contact FNB around the possibility of not being able to pay my credit card. No one could help?! Card collections only assist once an unpaid is received and my account is up to date. Also too late for consolidation.

After multiple calls and emails to the Premier suite this week I was left with the only option of an increase on overdraft. The bank denied.
I then app**** for revolving credit and sent the signed quote to Premier today 01/04/2017 (after struggling to get mails to them since yesterday).
Turns out they cannot avail the facility today as the Credit Manager will only be available on Monday?!
My debit orders are all scheduled for today (1st) and they will all be sent back..for the first time in my life.
This will:
1. Cost me banking fees
2. Impact negatively on my credit score

Every Premier consultant I spoke to today 01/04/2017 promised to try and escalate the matter and contact me and still nothing.

I am dissapointed that after being with this bank for so long, all accounts up to date and no unpaids no one is willing to assist me this first time I really need them.

I hope for an urgent response.
