Pernal loan repayment term over induplum

Hi I really need help with this issue.

I took an emergency personal loan from FNB using my banking app in June 2023 the amount was R22 207 including their fees. On the banking app when I completed the required information it stated that the term was 24 months or so. After the funds were paid into my bank account the loan automatically becomes visible on the app. When I checked the loan details it states my my repayment term is 65 months and the monthly installment is R908.00 a month. R908x65 months is R59 020 that in itself is way over induplum and against the NCA I have made numerous attempts to get FNB to rectify the term of the loan to no avail. In my previous attempt to get assistance they just sent me a copy of the loan agreement and said I can only come out of the term if I settled the account in full. I only got a copy of the agreement when I started querying the loan term. It's ridiculous for me to pay back almost R60 000 on a R22 000 loan.
