Perfect service delivery and customer interaction.

So, earlier this year I went to the FNB in Phoenix Plaza to assist a family member. We met Ashton Gabriel, who assisted us with the utmost respect, warmth and overall great service, that we had to take his number down so that we could ensure the same quality of service next time. As my experience was amazing earlier, I decided to move my business accounts to FNB. Knowing that I’d saved his number, I called Ashton last week, to make an appointment to open my accounts. The process was seamless and happy! Who knew banking could be such a positive experience?! The only downside to his service is that he has clients that would rather wait in line specifically for him! Which unfortunately, I completely understand 💔😊 Thank you for the amazing service and continuous support!
