Received great service from Alfred Dooka from FNB Woodlands Boulevard, I was a bit irritated by the queue time but he welcomed me with a smile and provided me with a proper VIP treatment and made feel like a family member instead of a customer. The level of patience and kindnes he shown towards me will forever remain deeply appreciated this gentleman represents the brand beyond measures.
