The Branch Manager Ravi Moodley is visible not only through the manager's office glass window but if he's not busy with a Client, he's on the 'Shop' floor making sure that the customers are satisfied with the attention and service they're getting from his Staff. Thank You Mr Moodley for paying attention and overseeing the customer 'flow' is kept moving and that he is visible should any customer need the attention of an experienced Senior Person. Well done Mr Ravi Moodley for being that 'Roll lModel' for your Staff and Fnb.
