People are not doing what they getting paid for!!!

after fnb not willing to refund me my money and not responding to my query they still didn't stop the debit order as promised. I don't know how they train their staff but they really not practising what they preaching on their adverts. when I ask them to reverse the debit order they telling me long stories and now I must complete the form. disgusting systems!!!
