pensioners rebate

I have been banking with FNB for a very long time. At a stage I was informed that because I passed a certain age, I will not be liable for any banking fees. It worked well on my cheque, cr card and mortgage accounts. And then all of a sudden my mortgage acc fees I just have to pay every month. then it started on my cr card account as well. I just want to get clarity on this issue. please let me know what exactly is the policy on this so that I can also know what is supposed to happen. When do you qualify for pensioners rebate? thanking you in advan ce.
