FNB have no regard for their customers. My mother only has an account with FNB. Savings Account for interest and Cheque account for day-to-day. FNB have frozen her savings account without warning, leaving her stranded while buying groceries with now way of getting to her savings. We completed the KYC steps every time the App asked her to, and I even took screenshots to prove it. Do not use FNB as a bank for your family, they don't care!
