Pension plan service

Online ***** on my credit card which I report immediately and still have the card in my possession. The card gets blocked only 3 or 4 days later when FNB actually gets around to it after a weekend. In the meantime my card which had nothing owing is now in debt for tens of thousands and I gat a demand SMS from FNB to make a minimum payment while they procrastinate with investigating the *****. One phone call to tell me that they are investigating and nothing more.. I dont have access to my online banking either because thery decided that it needed to be blocked aswell.. almost two weeks later and we are no further.
