Pension money gone

I had someone who transferred and withdrew money from my account. it's been 3 months already and still no response. I have contacted the ***** department and logged a query with them since January and no one has gotten back to me. they sent me back and forth about making affidavits and I also asked for a video showing the person who withdrew the money but nothing. I am an elderly person aged 69 on pension and someone takes R1500 of my pension money. someone stole my money and i am really struggling as I don't have food to eat. I borrow money and can't keep up with payments now as I have nothing to eat. Why are you taking the elderly people for granted
