Pension funds for my Uncle

My name is Khathutshelo, Last year my uncle went for retirement, and there was a mistake that was made in his pension. Instead of receiving his one third e was receiving monthly payment. We called First Rand administrator to reverse the decision so he can get his one third, and that was in March 2022. Today I called to find out how far are they we the process for him to get his one third, only to find out that the person who was handling the issue left the department, so now the issue is still hanging.if I didn't call today I was told that the no one was going to attend to it. The process now is being started over again and my uncle he's also not receiving his money.This really frustrating because my uncle he's not getting any anything since the process has been left hanging.
