Pension fund query

Hi, I wanted to find out how long does the Bank take to process pension fund for EX staff. I called momentum today and was told that they haven't received any documents from FNB after submitting my claim end of July. I was told to wait for 6 weeks before I could get the money and I doubt that's going to happen as momentum processes claims in 4 Weeks. Are there any documents that I should submit to FNB or maybe SARS. Please help... All I need is for the Bank to submit the relevant docs to Momentum.
