Pension Fund payout
Good day
I am a former employee, who was dismissed in November. I have been waiting for my pension fund payout till today.
I have contacted Momentum where I was advised that FNB have not yet submitted a withdrawal documents.
I have been logging calls on FNB HR Mobi, all calls have been completed and closed without any feedback. I am currently in dark I don't know what's going on or what could be a reason for this delay.
